Change Standard Editor otherwise add a contect menu “open file with…”

The Programms in the Context Menu didn’t update on Programm restart. You have to uninstall the programm, then grep the HD for every config file like /Users/XXX/Library/Application Support/sFTP Client/ to remove them all. This is the only way you get shown all Programms newly installed.
But thanks for adding the Context menu!
